Collaborate with different teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues. Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system for reporting and follow-up. Proactively suggest improvements based on customer feedback. Participate in team initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. Fluency in Polish and working proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Prior experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable. Strong communication skills coupled with a customer-focused mindset. Effective problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team. Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
