Junior Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team and lead sales initiatives, develop strategic client relationships, and drive business growth in the marketplace sector.

Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and target new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and helping them achieve success across marketplaces.

• Market & Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

• Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, provide regular sales reports, and develop accurate forecasts to meet company revenue goals.

• Collaboration with Operations & Marketing Teams: Work closely with the operational and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and campaigns for clients. Align sales efforts with marketing initiatives to maximize client success.

• Client Retention & Upselling: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling additional services and solutions that can enhance their marketplace presence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in an agency setting or e-commerce marketplaces industry.

• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces.

• Demonstrated success in generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven approach.

• Experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, or marketplace management services is highly preferred.
