Role Description The Polyglot Teacher is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering engaging language lessons to learners at various proficiency levels. Day-to-day tasks include planning and organizing lessons, conducting live online classes, creating supporting materials, and adapting teaching methods to different learning styles. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining clear communication with students and, when relevant, guardians or institutional partners. The Polyglot Teacher will collaborate with the education team to refine curricula, participate in training sessions, and contribute ideas to improve the overall learning experience. The position requires consistent availability during scheduled teaching hours and reliable use of online platforms and tools.

- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide learners through new concepts and support skill development.
- Proficiency in multiple languages and the ability to teach at least two languages to different proficiency levels.
- Experience with online teaching platforms, digital classroom tools, and remote learning methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and reliability in a remote work environment.
