Portfolio Analytics & Reporting Senior Analyst (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Analyst who will work as part of our client’s Portfolio Analytics & Reporting (SPAR) team. You will closely work with senior members of the department as well as with other departments in particular Fund Accounting, Research and Investor Relations to support client deliverables and provide analytical support to the Investment team. Your role and responsibility Senior Analyst supports all aspects of the entire lifecycle of assigned clients’ service analytic and reporting needs, and provides daily fulfilment and coordination of client service, including scheduled and ad hoc client requests. As for its other important roles and duties: Department resource for client relationship management Serve as junior account manager, overseeing all aspects of the client monitoring and reporting cycle, with a focus on the Firm’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East) private debt and multi-asset client base Coordinates with senior members of the team to manage and co‐execute on all client requests. Ensures continuity and minimize interruption. Anticipates client needs and proactively addresses deliverables. Contributes towards strategic planning for assigned clients. Continuously ensure data quality for the respective client portfolios. Pro-Active monitors and raises issues. Leads research and analysis for underlying fund amendments or extensions Collaborates with other client teams to identify and improve best practices Helps create and communicate training elements to develop Analysts/Senior Analysts on the skills required to progress to the next level Contributes to the overall success of SPAR private markets data universe Develops cumulative Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities to successfully complete all Fundamental Core responsibilities and qualify for Expanded Scope Opportunities as they maintain accurate, reliable and consistent results across their Fundamental Core responsibilities Your experience and profile We are looking for: A bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business preferred) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred (ideally within Private Markets) Working knowledge of financial reporting and accounting and demonstrated ability to learn new performance and portfolio reporting systems Significant experience with Microsoft Excel Proficiency in English is a must (verbal and written), Proficiency in German is a plus Professional designation such as CFA or CAIA is a plus Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Team‐oriented Follow up skills and acute attention to accuracy and detail are essential Strong ability to multi‐task and manage time in a detail‐oriented environment Self‐starter with the ability to identify and investigate issues or inconsistencies with data Highly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative, independence and adaptability Strong work ethic Strong analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Interest in global financial markets Why us?
