A Brief Overview The Portfolio Development Manager (PDM) is a revenue-driving account leader responsible for delivering quarterly and semester sales targets within the Merz Aesthetics device portfolio, with primary responsibility for Ultherapy consumable growth, Neocutis skincare sales and account expansion. This role owns business planning, execution, and performance outcomes across assigned territory. The PDM partners with Sales, Marketing, Training, and Customer Solutions to accelerate device utilization, increase consumable pull-through, and expand total portfolio penetration while maintaining Merz Aesthetics' premium positioning. This is a Sales & Clinical account role with defined revenue expectations. What You Will Do Revenue & Business Ownership Achieve and exceed quarterly and semester revenue targets Drive consumable growth through increased procedure volume and utilization Develop and execute comprehensive quarterly business plans Forecast accurately and manage territory performance metrics Identify whitespace opportunities to expand Account Development Maintain and grow Territory (Skincare + Consumables) Build relationships with physicians, practice owners, and decision-makers Position Ultherapy as a premium, high-ROI treatment offering Lead business reviews to drive accountability and performance improvement Clinical & Practice Development Execution Deliver initial, advanced & on-going Ultherapy & Neocutis clinical training to ensure optimal outcomes Train providers and staff on consultation strategy, pricing integrity, and patient conversion Coach practices on marketing execution and patient acquisition strategies Support promotional planning and hands-on implementation Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Device Territory Managers, Injectable Territory Mangers, Strategic Partners & Sales Directors to align on account strategy Collaborate with Marketing and Training to deploy growth initiatives Identify cross-sell opportunities across the Merz Aesthetics portfolio Serve as field liaison to corporate partners Performance Expectations Achievement of quarterly and semester revenue targets Measurable growth in consumable volume and utilization Increased portfolio penetration within accounts Strong forecasting accuracy High-impact execution of business plans and events Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree Associate of Science (A.S.) and AE License 3-5 years in sales (may be in aesthetics, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales but not limited too) Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue goals Experience driving growth in owner-operated medical practices or high revenue companies AE License Preferred Qualifications Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) and AE License Bachelor's Degree Practice experience/interaction Experience training clinically and influencing decision-makers Proven ability to influence stakeholders Strong business and financial acumen along with strong organizational skills Experience in aesthetic environments Experience driving growth in owner-operated medical practices or high revenue companies Technical & Functional Skills Direct creation of tools, processes and programs designed to drive patient volume at an owner-operated business level Demonstrated high level of Clinical and Business Acumen Ability to forge strong relationships with clients and utilize client relationships to increase device utilization and portfolio penetration Ability to understand and explain economic value as well as clinical performance comparison Excellent planning and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Revenue Accountability Strategic Selling Clinical Credibility Influence & Negotiation Business Planning & Forecasting Cross-Functional Leadership Ideal candidate should reside in Tampa or Sarasota FL
