The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Growth Officer to provide independent commercial insight, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen capability across a diverse portfolio of businesses. You will develop a deep understanding of each company, challenge assumptions, assess commercial performance, and ensure leadership teams have the people, systems, and strategies required to deliver sustainable growth. This is a highly strategic role that combines commercial analysis, talent assessment, operational insight, and trusted advisory support.
