Position Purpose: The Portfolio Manager will perform various analytic and strategic tasks in order to support the function. The Portfolio Manager will analyze portfolio data, documentation, and processes and consolidate this information for reporting to senior leadership. The role will be responsible for the collection, aggregation, and analysis of portfolio data (e.g., department / business area data for the portfolio of projects and initiatives managed by the area) across the enterprise.

Key Details: This position is remote within the United States with up to 10% travel required.

  • Collect, aggregate, and analyze portfolio management data leveraging industry standard guidance such as, PMI standards, process and controls guidance, and best practices for project governance.
  • Collaborates with program and portfolio managers to define reporting metrics and performance data including: financial and project level performance
  • Prepares detailed analytic packages for reporting and review by key stakeholders
  • Participates and leads workgroups in the design and analysis of the portfolio management and reporting
  • Performs research and analysis on leading practices for the design and implementation of portfolio management standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics or Finance or equivalent experience is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in project and program management is required. Analytical skills, including Data Sciences and Business Intelligence Reporting is required. Some experience functioning as a lead is required.

License/Certification: A certification in one of the following is preferred: PfMP, CAPM, PMP, CGEIT, CISA, Data Sciences Certification

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year
