Role Description The Portugal Online Language School Franchise Partner role is a remote, contract opportunity to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in Portugal. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local marketing and sales efforts, building and maintaining relationships with individual learners and corporate clients, and managing the rollout of Lingua Learn’s online language and training services in the Portuguese market. The partner will coordinate with the Global Franchise Support Team, implement centralized systems (website, CRM, course materials), and ensure high-quality delivery of language programs by working with qualified teachers. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, optimizing local promotional campaigns, and driving revenue growth while maintaining brand standards and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, manage stakeholders, and represent the Lingua Learn brand effectively.
• Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, track performance, and refine local growth strategies.
• Training and coaching experience to support local staff, ensure quality delivery, and uphold academic standards.
• Proven experience in business development, franchise management, education services, or related fields.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
