Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries for Portuguese speaking customers via Inbound calls, Email and Chats. Resolve complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot security-related issues, including account access, threats, vulnerabilities, and software problems Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and customer service processes. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve the best outcomes.
