This role provides a unique chance to engage with clients who require support in navigating public services, contributing to the efficient operation of government-related functions. Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat platforms. Assist clients with inquiries related to government services and information. Guide users through processes such as application submissions, documentation requirements, and service updates. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of government programs and policies to address client needs effectively. Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all interactions accurately to maintain compliance and provide feedback for service improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly in the government or public sector is preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist others effectively.
