Portuguese-Speaking Remote Operations Associate

Advice Global is looking for a Portuguese-speaking professional to join an international remote team and support the operations of an affiliated company within our business network.

This is an entry-level opportunity and previous professional experience is not required.

We are looking primarily for someone who is dependable, trustworthy, discreet and interested in building a long-term working relationship with the company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful candidate will work remotely alongside an international team, providing support with day-to-day business and operational activities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting daily operational activities
• Communicating with internal team members and external partners
• Coordinating tasks and following up on ongoing activities
• Conducting online research and gathering business information
• Maintaining accurate records and internal documentation
• Assisting with administrative and organisational tasks
• Handling confidential and commercially sensitive information
• Supporting the team with additional business activities when required

Full training and guidance will be provided.
