Join Brilliant Life ServicesBrilliant Life Services is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary team.We are looking for a practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred Positive Behaviour Support and wants to work within a supportive organisation that genuinely invests in its clinicians.This is a hybrid position, combining community-based participant appointments with flexible report-writing and administrative arrangements.The successful applicant will need to be regularly available to support participants across Campbelltown, South-West Sydney and surrounding areas.You do not need to live in Campbelltown, but you must be comfortable travelling to participants within this region.About Brilliant Life ServicesBrilliant Life Services is a registered NDIS provider delivering:

Our Behaviour Support Practitioners work alongside psychologists, occupational therapists and other professionals within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.We focus on delivering high-quality services while providing our clinicians with the supervision, flexibility and professional support they need to succeed.

About the Role

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments.
• Develop Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans.
• Review and update Behaviour Support Plans in response to participant needs and outcomes.
• Deliver Positive Behaviour Support services in accordance with NDIS requirements.
• Work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, support workers, schools and other professionals.
• Provide services across participant homes, schools, day programs and community environments.
• Support families and implementation teams to understand and implement behaviour support strategies.
• Participate in clinical supervision and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Prepare high-quality reports and clinical documentation.
• Maintain accurate case notes and participant records.
• Support the reduction and elimination of restrictive practices where applicable.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Social Science, Occupational Therapy, Behavioural Science or another relevant discipline. (Highly Regarded)

Required Skills

Essential Requirements

• Current suitability to practise as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner.
• Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support to NDIS participants.
• Experience conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments.
• Experience developing Behaviour Support Plans.
• Strong written communication and report-writing skills.
• Understanding of NDIS Behaviour Support and restrictive practice requirements.
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
• Access to a reliable motor vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working With Children Check.
• National Police Check.
• Ability and willingness to regularly travel throughout Campbelltown, South-West Sydney and surrounding areas.

Preferred Skills

Highly Regarded

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Social Science, Occupational Therapy, Behavioural Science or another relevant discipline.
• Registration with AHPRA, AASW or another relevant professional body where applicable.
• Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours of concern.
• Experience working with children and/or adults with disability.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary allied health teams.
