Description

Rankings.io is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping elite law firms grow through high-performance marketing strategies. We move quickly, hold a high standard for our work, and value team members who take ownership, communicate clearly, and continuously look for ways to improve how we operate.

Rankings.io is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Production Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of our video post-production workflow.

This role is responsible for keeping client deliverables organized, accurate, and moving through the production pipeline. The Post Coordinator will track monthly video deliveries, coordinate content repurposing and re-edits, maintain client production folders, support onboarding and offboarding, and assist with editor assignments when production volume increases.

The ideal candidate is proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once. You should be someone who notices when something is missing, follows up without being asked, and takes ownership of keeping projects organized and on track.

Responsibilities

Project Tracking & Delivery Coordination

  • Audit assigned client accounts monthly based on their billing and delivery schedules.

  • Maintain organized internal client folders and accurate delivery counts.

  • Track outstanding revisions and follow up to ensure projects continue moving through the production pipeline.

  • Identify when additional content is needed and communicate those needs to the appropriate supervisor.

  • Prepare and submit monthly client delivery reports to the Client Success team.

  • Maintain visibility into outstanding deliverables, approvals, revisions, and production needs across assigned accounts.

Encore Video Coordination

Encore videos repurpose existing client content when new footage is unavailable or when high-performing content presents an opportunity for reuse.

  • Maintain a running list of clients' best-performing videos that can be repurposed or re-edited.

  • Identify videos suitable for Encore projects.

  • Assign hook rewrites to writers.

  • Coordinate re-edit assignments with the Encore editing team.

  • Track assignments through completion and help ensure repurposed content remains organized within the production workflow.

Client Onboarding

  • Confirm post-production folder structures are properly created and organized for new clients.

  • Ensure required folders and assets are ready before editing begins.

  • Identify and resolve organizational gaps that could delay production.

Client Offboarding

  • Organize completed client video assets into an "All Videos" folder in Google Drive, separated by the months of service.

  • Copy client prompts and supporting materials into the appropriate offboarding folders.

  • Organize unapproved videos within a clearly labeled "Not Yet Approved" folder.

  • Confirm offboarding materials are complete and notify the Client Success team when files are ready.

Editor & Production Support

  • Assist with building and organizing editor assignments as needed.

  • Pull best-performing videos for Remix and repurposing projects.

  • Organize specialized footage, including Hero Shots, Rapid Fire content, and other assets that may be used in future projects.

  • Help coordinate unexpected increases in production volume when clients submit large amounts of footage at once.

  • Work proactively with the post-production team to prevent production backlogs and keep client work moving efficiently.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client deliverables simultaneously.

  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they create delays.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of recurring responsibilities.

  • Strong follow-through and ability to track outstanding work across multiple contributors.

  • Clear written communication skills and confidence following up with internal team members.

  • Comfortable working within structured digital workflows, shared drives, project management systems, and spreadsheets or tracking tools.

  • Ability to adapt quickly when priorities or production volume change.

  • Experience in video production, post-production, creative operations, project coordination, or a similar environment is preferred.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means our post-production pipeline stays organized and predictable. Client deliverables are accurately tracked, folders and assets are easy to navigate, outstanding work is followed up on, and editors have what they need to keep production moving.

You don't need to wait for someone to tell you that something is falling behind—you notice it, communicate it, and help get it back on track.

Benefits

  • Starting Salary of $60k

  • Fully Remote

  • Unlimited PTO

  • $100 Wellness Reimbursement Program

  • Quarterly training stipend for Professional Development

  • 401(k) with 3% Employer match (Safe Harbor)
