What we're looking for:

* 8+ years in BI, Data Engineering or Analytics on the Microsoft BI Stack

* Advanced SQL: CTEs, subqueries, JOINs, UNIONs, aggregations and dynamic date parameters

* Expert DAX, including time intelligence and filter context manipulation

* Power BI Desktop and Service, gateways, row-level security and workspace administration

* Mentoring of junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical guidance

* Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)

Nice to have:

* Microsoft PL-300 certification (or DA-100, MCSE)

* French proficiency

Important: This position is hybrid, 2 days a week in Porto. Candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit, to be considered.
