Power BI Developer with German

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with German to join a team working on reporting and analytics solutions for business functions including Finance, Sales, Logistics and Operations.

Location & contract

• Warsaw office or remote within Poland
• UoP or B2B

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models
• Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into practical solutions
• Build and optimise DAX measures and calculations
• Work with SQL and different data sources, including SAP
• Make sure KPIs and reporting logic are consistent across different business areas
• Work with data engineering teams on data quality and reporting requirements
• Analyse existing reports and improve them based on business needs
• Support the development of documentation for reports, KPIs and data models
• Work with large datasets and focus on report performance and usability

What we are looking for

• Several years of experience working as a Power BI / BI Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX and data modelling
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience working with SAP data
• Experience in gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders
• Good understanding of business reporting and KPIs
• Experience with Databricks and/or Azure data environments would be an advantage
• German at C1 level and good English
• A practical, analytical approach and the ability to turn business requirements into working solutions
