As part of our growth in the Iberia region, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst specialized in business modelling, benefits realization and financial analysis to join our consulting team on a full-remote basis from Portugal.

Your Role

As a Senior Power BI Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust analytical models and dashboards that support executive decision-making and benefits realization across a portfolio of initiatives.

You will work closely with Portfolio Management, Finance and Business Owners to define metrics, baselines, monetization parameters and reporting standards, ensuring a consistent and auditable approach to value tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain business and financial models to quantify benefits and value across initiatives.
• Define KPIs, baselines, targets and monetization parameters in collaboration with Finance and Business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Benefits Performance Dashboards (Power BI) for executive-level reporting and decision-making.
• Ensure standardization of measurement methodologies, governance and reporting cadence across initiatives.
• Align Benefit Realization tracking with Value Attribution methods, including incremental value and avoiding double counting.
• Perform financial and analytical modelling, including forecasting, scenario analysis and variance analysis.
• Translate complex business and financial inputs into clear, structured models and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Portfolio, Finance, Business and project teams to ensure consistent benefit tracking and reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Power BI Specialist or similar role.
• Strong experience in business modelling and benefits/value quantification.
• Expertise in Benefits Realization, from baseline and targets through to realized value.
• Strong financial and analytical modelling skills (forecasting, scenarios, variance analysis).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for complex, structured and auditable models.
• Hands-on experience building Microsoft Power BI dashboards and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to define KPIs, baselines, targets and monetization parameters with Finance and Business Owners.
• Knowledge of Value Attribution, including incremental value and avoiding benefit double counting.
• Experience working across Portfolio, Finance, Business and initiative/project teams.
• Highly analytical, structured and communicative, able to translate complex business/financial data into clear insights for senior management.

💰 Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Gross Annual Salary (Range:€29,500 – €54,500)

• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).

• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
