Power Delivery System Engineer

What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for power delivery system engineers to design the power delivery subsystem for our A-0 and A-1 systems. Because of the high power concentration of our wafer-scale system, this necessitates vertical power delivery and other innovations to reach system level power density and integrity requirements while being high volume manufacturable and mechanically stable. Ideal Background: Experience working with high power density VRM systems Experience designing power delivery subsystems for high TDP and high power density SoCs and PCB boards Nice to Have: Experience with resonant VRMs Experience with vertical power delivery systems Experience designing custom VRMs Experience with systems utilized advanced and/or tightly packaged magnetics Experience with low voltage, high current draw systems Experience using and placing Vicor and MPS VRMs in systems
