Power Platform Consultant (f/m/x)

We are currently looking for a Power Platform Consultant to join our Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center and support projects focused on business process automation. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for automation, as well as designing and implementing RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop. This remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver effective and scalable automation solutions. Your tasks

• Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation
• Building and implementing RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud
• Designing solutions based on Power Apps, SharePoint, Dataverse, and integrations with external systems
• Collaborating with clients to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and recommend optimal solutions
• Preparing technical documentation and supporting solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle
• Estimating implementation effort and supporting automation strategy development
• Working closely with architects, business analysts, and development teams to deliver scalable automation solutions
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Power Platform solutions or business process automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop and RPA process development
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions
• Practical knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven)
• Experience with integrations involving SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Dataverse, and other Microsoft 365 services
• Ability to analyze business requirements, map processes, and collaborate directly with clients
• Fluent Polish and English, with residence in Poland required
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced Power Platform capabilities, including AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Dataverse
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications and familiarity with Azure, REST API integrations, and ALM tools (Azure DevOps, Git)
