Job Description Power Platform Developer Your Tasks Design, (further) development, and operation of solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder) Design and implementation of ALM strategies for Power Platform solutions (including pipelines and deployment standards) Integration of Power Platform solutions via standard and custom connectors Implementation of lightweight pro-code extensions (e.g., JavaScript / TypeScript within the platform) Conducting workshops and enablement sessions for citizen developers and business units Advising business units on best practices, governance, and architecture Your Profile Several years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform Relevant experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within the Power Platform Solid knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript (especially in the context of Power Apps / PCF optional) Experience with Copilot Studio or AI Builder is a plus Basic understanding of APIs and integration patterns (experience with custom connectors is an advantage) Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with business units Structured and self-reliant working style Very good German and English skills (C1) Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
