Senior Security Software Engineer - Application Developer
Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
The Senior Security Software Engineer primary focus is security application development and integration solutions for InfoSec Technology. Solutions include designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Power Platform technologies integrated with AI-driven features.
Your Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include application integration, testing, performance optimization, collaboration with cross-functional teams to design solutions based on requirements/business needs.
- Design and code secure business solutions
- Integrate applications with databases and third-party services.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications.
- Document application architecture, code, and processes.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Ensure code quality through best practices
- Lead technical discussion with leadership and project teams.
- Coach, manage and prioritize technical work assignments
Skills And Attributes For Success
Proficient experience and skills in application programming languages, frameworks, database management, and basic understanding of security principles. Specifically:
TECHNICAL SKILLS - Microsoft Power Platform Developer:
- Design and build Power Platform AI capabilities in applications, workflows and reporting solutions
- Plan and design Power Platform solution environment controls, connectors, environment releases and data residency
- Collaborate and manage Power Platform roles and permissions based on IAM, governance, and DLP security policies and controls
- Collaborate with architects, risk partners, and business stakeholders to balance security, usability, scalability, and delivery timelines
- Document comprehensive technical documentation
- User interface and Power Applications design skills (creative user-friendly layout screens)
- Data model knowledge for model driven applications (Dataverse)
- Power Platform solution integrations using Web APIs, SQL and gateway tools
- Data workflows and business rules automation via Power Automate in complex environments
- Power BI reporting (dashboards) for analyzing and monitoring for key data insights
- Configure and Maintain SharePoint sites (structure, permissions, libraries and pages)
- Integrate Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management into CI/CD and automated verification where possible
BUSINESS SKILLS:
- Problem-solving, analytical, risk management and decision-making skills
- Process management skills
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively
- Collaboration with Stakeholders, senior leadership and project teams (architects, data owners, quality assurance, operations and infrastructure engineering)
LEADERSHIP SKILLS:
- Coach development team
- Training and knowledge on new emerging technologies and continuous improvement on standards and tools
- Lead code reviews and provide feedback based on secure coding standards
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science or in a technical or scientific field
- Security certifications or secure software experience (Cybersecurity, SANS, ISC2, etc.)
- 8+ years hands-on software development with services and integration technologies.
- Solution architect design experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in 5-7 Technical skills - programming languages, database and web skills
- AI knowledge for designing and integrating AI-driven features (agents, bots and data)
