Power Platform Senior Developer

Clients come to TQA when a process is costing them time, money or risk. We fix it with Power Platform solutions that go live, stay live and keep working when nobody is watching. We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the build that makes that happen.

You will own how a solution is engineered: the technical design, the patterns, the pipeline that ships it and the quality of what reaches production. You will still build every week, taking the hardest parts yourself, and the developers around you will get better for working with you.

What you will do

• Lead the build on a client workstream for [client context, e.g. enterprise clients in manufacturing, logistics and financial services], within the architecture our Solution Architects set.

• Build across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio, and extend with code where low-code runs out.

• Set up the deployment pipeline and the automated tests, so every release is repeatable.

• Mentor the developers on your workstream and review their work.

• Estimate the build, and explain the trade-offs to clients in plain language.

What you will need

• The Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification. Active or expired both count.

• A production workstream where you led the build: you owned the technical design, guided other developers and reviewed their work.

• A deployment pipeline you set up yourself, with Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• Code you have written to extend the platform, such as C# plug-ins, PCF components or TypeScript.

• Copilot Studio agents built and published for real users.

• You live in the UK and already have the right to work here. We cannot offer visa sponsorship.
