The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, campaign optimization, keyword research, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns targeting decision-makers and enterprise clients.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and market analysis to identify high-converting opportunities.
- Build and optimize campaigns, ad groups, targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, and ad copies to maximize qualified leads and ROI.
- Create and test multiple ad copies, headlines, CTAs, landing page strategies, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, lead quality, and overall campaign ROI.
- Analyze campaign and conversion data to identify performance gaps and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
- Work closely with the Sales, SEO, Content, and Design teams to align paid campaigns with business and lead-generation objectives.
- Generate and nurture a consistent pipeline of high-quality B2B leads through paid advertising.
- Track and evaluate lead quality in collaboration with the Sales team and optimize campaigns based on lead-to-opportunity and conversion performance.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure optimal allocation of advertising spend.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, UTM parameters, remarketing campaigns, and audience segmentation.
- Conduct regular A/B testing of ads, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly PPC performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify new paid acquisition opportunities and experiment with emerging advertising platforms and strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, PPC trends, algorithm changes, and B2B advertising best practices.
- Take ownership of campaign performance and continuously work toward improving lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PPC/paid advertising in cyber security company
- Strong experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably for SaaS, IT, cybersecurity, or technology companies.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding, campaign structuring, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns based on ROI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage campaigns effectively in a remote work environment.
