Job Description

Setup and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (UK time) | 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (PH)
Employment Type: Full-time

Ready to do work that actually excites you?

As PPC Executive, you are the engine room of the paid media team. You build campaigns, manage them day to day and keep them performing. This is a delivery role, not a client role. Your accounts are managed and presented by others, which means your job is to make sure what they present is accurate, well built and working.

You will spend most of your time in the platforms. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta primarily, with shopping feeds, tracking and reporting alongside them. You will handle keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy, negative keyword management, bid strategy, budget pacing and the routine optimisation work that decides whether an account performs or drifts.

The work is checked and it is visible. Errors in a paid account cost clients money quickly, so accuracy and attention to detail matter more here than almost anywhere else in the agency. In return you get proper training, exposure to a wide range of accounts and sectors, and a clear path towards senior and client-facing paid media roles as you grow.

What will you do?

Campaign Build and Setup

  • Build new campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid social to the agreed structure and naming conventions.
  • Carry out keyword research, competitor review and audience research to support campaign planning.
  • Write and test ad copy variations, including responsive search assets, and keep messaging aligned to the client's brand and compliance requirements.
  • Set up and check conversion tracking, including Google Tag Manager, GA4 goals and platform tracking, before campaigns go live.
  • Build and maintain shopping feeds and Merchant Center setups for ecommerce accounts.

Day-to-Day Account Management

  • Manage budget pacing across your accounts and flag under-spend or over-spend before month end, not after it.
  • Carry out regular search term reviews and negative keyword management to control wasted spend.
  • Monitor bids, bid strategies and campaign settings, adjusting to hit agreed performance targets.
  • Run structured testing across ad copy, landing pages, audiences and bidding, and record what was tested and what it showed.
  • Keep account hygiene in order, including disapprovals, policy issues, broken links and feed errors.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Pull and prepare performance data for account managers, with the numbers checked before they are handed over.
  • Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards and reporting templates.
  • Write clear commentary explaining what changed in an account, why it changed and what is being done about it.
  • Highlight performance issues and opportunities to the Head of PPC early, rather than waiting to be asked.

Learning and Development

  • Keep up with platform changes, new ad formats and beta features, and bring the relevant ones to the team.
  • Work towards and maintain Google Ads certifications.
  • Build a working understanding of how AI is changing paid media, including automated bidding, asset generation and performance products.
  • Develop knowledge of the compliance requirements that apply to advertising in our client sectors.

Requirements

What You Bring
We are looking for someone who:

  • Hands-on experience running paid search campaigns, whether agency-side, or in-house.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and a solid grasp of campaign structure, match types, bidding and quality score.
  • Comfortable with numbers. You can read a performance table and work out what is actually happening in an account.
  • High attention to detail. Careless work in a live account costs a client real money and you understand that.
  • Organized and able to manage a workload across several accounts without losing track of what is due.
  • Good written English, with the ability to write clear ad copy and clear internal commentary.

Benefits

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • HMO, Dental, and Life Insurance for you and one free dependent from day one (with option to enroll more)
  • Paid Leaves: Birthday, Vacation, Medical, and Maternity (up to 6 Vacation Leaves convertible to cash on your anniversary)
  • Employee Engagement Activities: Year-End Party, Family Day, Team Building, and more
