PPC EXPERT- Immediate Joiner

About the Role

Nova Spark is looking for a PPC Expert with 1–2 years of experience, preferably from a Digital Marketing Agency, to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads, Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Basic of LinkedIn Ads, Other Online Marketplace Ads
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding, targeting and audience strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Create and optimize conversion-focused campaigns.
• Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversions.
• Set up and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel & Conversions API.
• Prepare monthly campaign performance reports.
• Coordinate with SEO, SMM, Content, Design and Account Management teams.
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaign structures.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on PPC experience.
• Digital Marketing Agency experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of conversion tracking and analytics.
• Good knowledge of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
