PPC Specialist Ecommerce (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads) / US Market

At A1SolarStore we sell solar panels and related equipment in the US and EU. We're a decentralized team, fully remote, working in the CET time zone.

We're looking for a performance marketing specialist with ecommerce experience, strong paid traffic skills, and solid web and business analytics expertise.

Key metrics: growth in sales from advertising channels with an increasing delta (m/m, y/y), and keeping CPA within the range of our current unit economics.

What you'll do:

1. Grow our current channels: Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads, Criteo and test new ones.
2. Analyze the sales funnel and find ways to improve conversion rates.
3. Build hypotheses at the intersection of advertising and business based on data, then test them.
4. Automate routine monitoring, maintenance, and insight-hunting tasks using Google Sheets, n8n, and Claude Code.
5. Set up web analytics (GTM, streaming into BigQuery and other services) and business analytics (dashboards and reports built on BigQuery data), and run A/B tests.
6. Label data and configure agents to work with it: BigQuery Agents, Claude Code, etc.

We already have working processes and in-house expertise in all of these areas.

Requirements:

• English: B2 or higher
• An understanding of how to select signals for PMax-like campaigns
• Experience with ecommerce in the US/EU. Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and PMax campaigns. A clear grasp of what CTA, ROMI, product performance, and similar metrics actually mean
• Hands-on experience in web and business analytics: GA, GTM, BigQuery, Data Studio, AI agents
• Analytical thinking and zero tolerance for mess
