Job Description:

Project Implementation

• ○ Work on daily tasks necessary to achieve account goals (locating content, tracking media or creators, distributing keys and other materials)
• ○ Seek guidance from Account Managers to resolve complex solutions or find the ideal approach for each campaign
• ○ Coordinate with teammates in the counterpart region to stay in sync with efforts across Brazil and Latin America

Media and Creator Relations

• ○ Develop close relationships with media and creators, with empathy and respect, ensuring their needs are met
• ○ Identify profiles among the media to develop personalized approaches when needed by the clients
• ○ Keep all databases updated frequently and track changes to workplace and other details relevant to contacting the media (phone numbers, addresses, etc.)

Monitoring and Reporting

• ○ Generate detailed coverage reports of all the results of our actions for each client by region
• ○ Create reports and summaries according to metrics and data requested by customers
• ○ Develop familiarity with all advanced options of the most used monitoring tools and periodically check for ways to improve and/or detect possible problems that may affect results measurement.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills;
• Creativity in developing content ideas;
• Good organizational skills;
• Autonomy and discipline for a home office format;
• Ability to learn and adapt to agency processes;
• Experience in the communications market or currently studying a related subject;
• Advanced English (speaking and writing).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Notion, Slack, Mailchimp, and Microsoft Office;
• Familiarity with the entertainment and pop culture market.

About our work model:

• It's a 100% remote position, under a contractor model, in which you would send us monthly invoices in your country’s currency (Ex. Argentina Peso) and paid directly to your local bank account.
• 15 days of paid time off per calendar year, to use in any order you prefer.
• By the end of the year, the agency takes a "recess period" of around 5 days for Christmas + New Year's eve; Local holidays are also respected as paid time off. Of course, sometimes this depends on a case by case basis, since working with global brands may require acting according to their schedule, but it's something we always try to balance and compensate for, so even if something critical needs to be taken care of, you will be able to take the corresponding day off at another moment.
• Annual bonus of up to 100% (100% when completing a full calendar year of work and adjusted accordingly for newer arrivals) equivalent to 1 month’s full payment, paid at the end of the year (December), when renewing contract.
