PR Executive Apply for this Job Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a leading Public Relations agency with a strong portfolio of clients across Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, and Hospitality, a PR Executive . We are looking for a proactive and organised PR professional to support the delivery of high-impact communications campaigns for a portfolio of leading brands. The ideal candidate is passionate about PR, media, fashion, and lifestyle, with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities PR Campaigns & Account Support Support the day-to-day management and execution of PR campaigns across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and hospitality clients Assist in developing and implementing PR plans that strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and media visibility Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring smooth delivery across internal teams, clients, media, and external partners Prepare client materials, presentations, reports, media lists, coverage reports, and campaign updates Contribute to strategic proposals, campaign ideas, and new business presentations Media Relations & Press Office Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers, and other relevant media contacts Support proactive media pitching and follow-up to secure quality coverage across print, digital, and broadcast media Draft and edit press releases, media alerts, pitches, product information, media briefs, and other communications materials in both Greek and English Events, Gifting & Influencer Activations Assist in the planning and execution of press events, launches, brand experiences, gifting campaigns, and product seedings Coordinate guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, logistics, samples, and follow-up communications Support influencer and KOL activations, including research, selection, briefing, communication, and performance tracking Client & Team Collaboration Act as a reliable day-to-day contact for clients, media, influencers, and external partners as required Work closely with senior team members to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard Requirements 2 years of PR agency or in-house communications experience , preferably within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, or related industries Previous experience supporting or managing PR campaigns and multiple projects simultaneously Good knowledge of the Greek media and influencer landscape , with an understanding of relevant publications, journalists, creators, and KOLs Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging PR materials independently Solid understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and current media trends Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and presentation/design tools such as Canva Department Marketing & Communications Role PR Executive Locations Kifisia Remote status Hybrid
