Junior Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic junior candidates with backgrounds in economics, business intelligence, or data analysis, eager to learn performance advertising at Panadvert.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, measuring, and analyzing campaign strategies.
• Analyze landing pages and suggest improvements.
• Present campaign performance to clients clearly.
• Stay updated on industry changes.
• Utilize business intelligence tools for customer behavior analysis.
• Integrate and analyze data from online channels.
• Create actionable reporting dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Basic knowledge in data analytics, economics, or business intelligence.
• Google Ads Certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a self-starter attitude.
