Job Description :

Buscamos un/a Practicante de Facturación para brindar soporte en los procesos administrativos y operativos del área, realizando seguimiento de información, documentación y controles, así como apoyando en la elaboración de reportes y mejora de procesos.

Funciones:

• Apoyar en el registro y control de órdenes de compra y órdenes de servicio.
• Realizar seguimiento a la recepción de sustentos y documentación requerida.
• Actualizar bases de datos y reportes del área.
• Apoyar en la conciliación y control de información administrativa.
• Preparar reportes operativos bajo supervisión.
• Coordinar con áreas internas para recopilar información pendiente.
• Organizar y archivar documentación digital.
• Brindar soporte en auditorías y revisiones documentarias.
• Dar seguimiento a los pendientes asignados hasta su cierre.
• Apoyar en iniciativas de mejora y automatización de procesos.

Requisitos:

• Egresados de Administración, Contabilidad, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
• Conocimientos básicos de procesos administrativos y financieros.
• Conocimientos básicos de facturación, órdenes de compra y documentación comercial.
• Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio: fórmulas, tablas dinámicas, filtros y validación de datos.
• Manejo de bases de datos y elaboración de reportes.
• Manejo de Microsoft Office.
• Deseable conocimiento de ERP o sistemas administrativos.
• Deseable inglés a nivel intermedio.
• Buscamos una persona organizada, responsable, proactiva, con atención al detalle, capacidad de seguimiento y disposición para aprender.
