Role: Pre-Sales Consultant - Fashion SaaS

Location: Madrid / Spain

Working Arrangement: Remote with approximately 50% travel across Iberia

Salary: €55,000 base + €14,000 commission (€69,000 OTE)

I'm working with an established global fashion technology business that's expanding its SaaS offering across Iberia. They're looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to work alongside a dedicated Account Executive, helping existing customers transition onto an advanced cloud-based product development platform.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a background in fashion design or product development who wants to move into a customer-facing career within fashion technology, SaaS and digital transformation.

You don't necessarily need years of software sales experience. What matters is that you understand the fashion industry, can engage confidently with customers and are excited by how technology can improve the way products are designed, developed and brought to market.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with Sales to understand customer requirements, identify challenges and demonstrate how the platform can improve their existing product development processes.

You'll:

• Qualify opportunities and help shape proposals.
• Capture customer requirements, challenges and expected outcomes.
• Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
• Translate software functionality into clear commercial and operational benefits.
• Help customers understand how digital tools can improve their product development processes.
• Build compelling business cases alongside the sales team.
• Support the transition of more complex projects into Customer Success.

This is a consultative role. You'll need to understand how customers work today, ask the right questions and then show them what could be possible with the right technology behind them.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have:

• A degree in Fashion Design & Development or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years' professional experience within fashion, sales, pre-sales, consulting or a related environment.
• A good understanding of fashion design and/or product development.
• Fluent Spanish, Portuguese and English.
• A genuine interest in technology, SaaS and digital transformation.
• Confidence presenting and communicating with customers.
• The ability to turn technical features into benefits that make sense to the person sitting across the table.
• An engaging, enthusiastic approach and the ability to create excitement around new technology.

You'll be based remotely in Spain, ideally around Madrid, with approximately 50% travel to customer sites across Iberia.
