Are you an experienced construction professional with a strong background in preconstruction, estimating, factory pricing, and bid management?

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Preconstruction Manager with extensive knowledge of the U.S. construction market to support one of our international clients.

Requirements:

✅ 4+ years of solid experience in Preconstruction, Estimating, or Bid Management within the construction industry.

✅ Strong background in preconstruction planning, cost estimating, budgeting, and bid preparation.

✅ Proven experience working with U.S. construction processes, standards, and project workflows.

✅ Experience with factory pricing, supplier quotations, and cost analysis.

✅ Knowledge of SupplyX finish-material categories and related pricing processes.

✅ Strong experience performing accurate material takeoffs from construction documents.

✅ Advanced understanding of construction drawings, finish schedules, and specification sections.

✅ Experience building detailed project estimates, budgets, and competitive pricing proposals.

✅ Ability to identify scope gaps, drawing conflicts, specification ambiguities, and potential project risks.

✅ Experience managing bid deadlines, RFIs, addenda, proposals, and submission requirements.

✅ Strong written communication skills for preparing client-facing proposals, qualifications, inclusions, and exclusions.

✅ Advanced Excel skills and ability to maintain accurate and traceable estimating data.

✅ Ability to manage multiple active bids and deadlines simultaneously.

✅ Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.

✅ Comfortable working closely with Sales and Purchasing teams.
