About the Role

We are partnering with a highly successful proprietary trading firm that is building out its Prediction Markets trading business following significant success across systematic trading.

Backed by substantial proprietary capital and founded by traders from some of the world's leading quantitative trading firms, the team is looking to hire experienced Prediction Markets Traders who have demonstrated a genuine edge in live event-driven markets.

This is an opportunity to join a well-capitalised firm at an early stage of its prediction markets expansion, with access to institutional infrastructure, technology, and capital while maintaining the autonomy to develop and scale profitable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage profitable prediction markets trading strategies
• Generate and evaluate trading ideas across politics, economics, sports, financial markets, and other event-driven products
• Work alongside quantitative researchers, engineers, and traders to improve models and trading infrastructure
• Help shape the firm's long-term prediction markets strategy as the business continues to grow

Requirements

• Proven experience trading prediction markets with a demonstrable live track record
• Ability to explain and evidence your trading edge and decision-making process
• Comfortable working with data and quantitative concepts
• Programming experience (Python or similar) beneficial but not essential
• Experience across Kalshi, Polymarket, sports trading, options, or other event-driven markets is highly desirable
