Prediction Markets Trader

Monolith is a crypto investment fund focused on early-stage opportunities and emerging market narratives. We actively research and operate across DeFi, prediction markets, and on-chain ecosystems.

Role:

We are looking for a Prediction Markets Trader to help us research, analyze, and identify opportunities across the rapidly growing prediction market sector.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze prediction market ecosystems (Polymarket, Kalshi, Limitless, SX, etc.)

• Research market trends, user behavior, liquidity flows, and emerging narratives

• Build investment theses and identify market opportunities

• Prepare research reports and internal insights

• Track competitors, metrics, and ecosystem developments

• Support investment and strategy decisions with data-driven analysis

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of prediction markets and DeFi ecosystems

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Ability to structure information and draw clear conclusions

• Deep crypto-native mindset and understanding of market dynamics

• Experience with Dune, on-chain analytics, dashboards, or similar tools is a plus

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience trading prediction markets, perps, or other financial products

• Experience writing market research or analytical content

• Understanding of market making, arbitrage, and liquidity dynamics
