Pre/Post-sales Engineer – Kubernetes

Role Description The Pre/Post-sales Engineer – Kubernetes is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting customers throughout the sales cycle and after implementation. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with sales teams to understand client requirements, designing Kubernetes-based solutions, and preparing technical proposals and demonstrations. The role involves guiding customers through deployment and configuration, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth integration with existing infrastructure. The Pre/Post-sales Engineer will provide ongoing technical support, contribute to product documentation, and deliver training sessions to help customers adopt Kubernetes best practices. This role also requires close communication with internal product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience delivering Training and creating technical documentation or presentations for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate project timelines, resources, and delivery of solutions.
- Familiarity with Email Marketing tools and practices to support customer outreach and follow-up when needed.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and CI/CD pipelines in modern infrastructure environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple customer engagements, and prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in pre-sales or post-sales engineering, solution consulting, or technical support is highly beneficial.
