Oversee technical implementation of solutions, providing hands-on support. Effectively manage trials/evaluations and proof of value of the platform at scale. Establish and share best practices for solution implementation and troubleshooting. Partner with sales and marketing teams to provide technical insights for go-to-market strategies. Represent the email and collaboration security product at field events (e.g., conferences, trade shows, webinars, seminars). Respond to functional and technical elements of RFEs/RFIs/RFPs/SOW. Develop and deliver technical training for MSP partners on product usage and best practices. Liaise with other departments (Products, Engineering, Support) on field priorities and product roadmap. Stay updated on new product releases and train partners accordingly. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance partner satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships with key partner decision-makers. This role has to be Mumbai based. Proven experience in sales engineering, security engineering, solutions architect, technical success, technical account management, or a similar role in the MSP or tech industry. Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving email delivery and mail flow issues. Strong understanding of email authentication protocols like DMARC, DKIM, SPF. Strong technical presentation and communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with MSP partners and internal teams. Proactive problem solver with a passion for partner success. Ability to travel occasionally to meet partners or attend industry events. It Would Be Great If You Also Have: CISSP or other cybersecurity certification. Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Team player spirit. A passion for learning new things every day.
