Presales Manager

• We are looking for a Presales Manager to join our technology sales team, work closely with enterprise customers, and bridge the gap between technology and business needs. You will partner with our sales team throughout the sales cycle, understand customer challenges, shape technology opportunities, and position value-driven technology solutions

Who you are?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Technical Sales within technology companies, system integrators, technology vendors, or telecom organizations.
• Experience in Big Data, Cloud, Data Analytics, AI / GenAI, Data Platforms, or Digital Transformation solutions.
• Experience working closely with sales teams to identify, qualify, and develop technology opportunities.
• Strong experience in customer discovery, requirement analysis, solution positioning, technical presentations, and demonstrations.
• Experience in preparing or supporting RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and Proof of Concept (PoC) processes.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and communicate effectively with both technical and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with a consultative, proactive, and curious mindset.
• Experience working with technology vendors, system integrators, or telecom companies is highly preferred.

What You Will Do?

• Partner with the sales team to identify, qualify, and develop new technology opportunities within enterprise customers.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and technical discussions to understand business challenges, requirements, and technology landscapes.
• Shape and position value-driven technology solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, workshops, and PoCs to customers and prospects.
• Support RFP/RFI, proposal, and solution documentation processes throughout the sales cycle.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and represent Bentego’s technical expertise and experience.
• Follow emerging trends across Big Data, Cloud, AI / GenAI, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation, and proactively create technology-focused conversations and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, solution architecture, engineering, delivery, and technology partners to ensure technically sound and customer-focused solutions.
