What you will do 🚀
To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a
PreSales Solution Expert
, in Bucharest, Romania.
Key Responsibilities
·
Support partners and customer on Namirials product portfolio for signing, identification and trust service
·
Advise customers and partners and best fit product for usecases and requriements and how to integrated them into their existing IT environment
·
Drive sales with technical expertise, account management skills, sales ability, flexibility and a superior customer focus.
·
Proof of concept preparation – which can consist in: application installation, configuration and customization, as well as occasional coding.
·
Updating customer documentation in our knowledge base
·
Providing support to internal and external stake-holders through phone and email communications.
·
Prepare/deliver demos of signature solutions to customers during preSales Phase
·
Maintain and grow strong customer relationships and identify and communicate customer needs internally

Hands on mentality for troubleshooting in rare cases to support customer success team
What we believe should contribute to your success in this context 🎯
·
Bachelor's Degree/Masters Degree, preferable in computer engineering or informatics
·
5+ years of experience in digital signatures, trust services and identification solutions is an advantage
Hard Skills
·
Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
·
Ability to analyze client requirements and design custom technical solutions.
·
Knowledge of database administration.
·
Basic programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript) to facilitate communication with development teams.
·
Familiarity with ITsecurity, encryption, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO, etc.).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Fluent in Romanian and English

Willingness to travel to clients premises and internationally if/ when required
