We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to join our team in Fairlawn, United States. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and executing pricing strategies that drive profitability and competitive advantage. You will leverage data analysis and financial modeling to support strategic pricing decisions across our organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate complex pricing insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Develop, analyze, and maintain comprehensive pricing models and strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Conduct detailed market analysis, competitor pricing research, and cost structure evaluations to inform pricing recommendations
- Prepare and present pricing reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior management and business units
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure pricing strategies support business goals
- Monitor pricing performance metrics, profitability margins, and key performance indicators to identify optimization opportunities
- Perform variance analysis and financial modeling to assess the impact of pricing changes on revenue and margins
- Maintain accurate pricing documentation, systems, and databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Support the development of pricing policies and procedures that align with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify trends and opportunities for pricing optimization through continuous analysis and market monitoring
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance or a related field
- Internships in related fields of analysis or pricing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Knowledge of pricing strategy, cost accounting, and profitability analysis
- Proficiency with SQL or similar database query languages for data extraction and manipulation
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial analysis and reporting
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Ability to work in with multinational cultures

ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT
- 2-4 years of professional experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, business analysis, or related field
- Experience in pricing strategy, cost accounting, and profitability analysis
- Experience with pricing software or revenue management systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis (preferred)
- Familiarity with industry-specific pricing challenges and best practices (preferred)
