  • Manage your own workload, keep your Project Manager informed and support effective knowledge-sharing and handovers across the team.
  • Anticipate change across Pricing, identify opportunities and continually look for ways to improve existing processes.
  • Take ownership of the quality, accuracy and relevance of your analysis, ensuring results are communicated clearly and appropriately.
  • Bring fresh thinking and new ideas while taking an active role in your own development.
  • Build effective relationships across the esure and Ageas Pricing teams and the wider business, engaging confidently with colleagues at all levels.

Skills and experience you need as Graduate Pricing Analyst:

  • An interest in data analysis and the UK Motor and Home insurance markets.
  • Knowledge of insurance data and products, including how they differ and should be analysed.
  • A well-organised, logical approach, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build an in-depth understanding of business performance.
  • The confidence to explain technical information in clear, non-technical language and produce concise written reports.
  • Knowledge of pricing and modelling techniques.
