Pricing Analyst - Payroll (Builder) (m/w/d)

Lano is a global payroll orchestration platform enabling companies to standardize and manage multi-country payroll operations through a unified technology layer. We are looking for a Pricing Analyst (m/w/d) to build and maintain a scalable pricing framework across markets, translate partner cost variability into consistent pricing, and ensure clean execution in our quoting workflows. Main Tasks: Build and refine pricing models across countries and services; support pricing experiments (tiers/bundles/add-ons) Collect, validate, and normalize vendor cost inputs; monitor changes and margin impact Create clear pricing guidelines, discount guardrails, and support non-standard deal structuring Build dashboards and reporting to monitor margins, pricing consistency, and country profitability Partner with RevOps to embed pricing logic into Salesforce/quoting workflows; document and QA changes Your Profile: 3–6 years experience in pricing, commercial analytics, strategic finance, or RevOps Strong Excel/Sheets modeling skills; working knowledge of SQL and/or Python Experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI/Metabase or similar) Comfortable collaborating with Sales, Finance, Partnerships, and Product Salesforce/CPQ familiarity is a plus What We Offer: High ownership role with cross-functional impact Opportunity to shape pricing and unit economics in a fast-growing, international environment Flexible workation policy Fitness membership with Classpass 26 days of vacation per year 2 social impact days to support a charity or non-profit of your choice Competitive compensation + equity We value humility and we're as interested in your character as we are in your talent.
