As a Manager, Pricing, you will play a critical role in supporting Sirva's growth and profitability through strategic pricing leadership, financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with Client Development, Client Service and Finance teams, you will lead the development of pricing strategies for both new and existing clients, helping to balance revenue growth, competitiveness and profitability.

In this role, you will:

• Support pricing strategy across a diverse market landscape, balancing competitiveness, profitability and client requirements within region(s) characterised by varied deal sizes, differing market maturity and complex operating environments.
• Act as the primary pricing contact for the selected territories and/or regions, partnering with senior leadership to shape commercial strategy, support growth objectives and influence key client investment decisions.

• Manage and deliver pricing exercises for large, complex global accounts and new business opportunities
• Collaborate with FP&A and Corporate Finance teams, assessing pricing model outputs against client-level profitability analyses
• Recommend and implement pricing strategies that drive improved financial performance across client accounts
• Assess contracted client profitability against pricing model outputs and incorporate insights into future model enhancements
• Analyse key revenue and expense drivers to maintain accurate financial models and reflect changing business dynamics
• Provide financial, analytical and strategic guidance in the development of pricing structures for new products and services
• Support the organisation's financial understanding through the delivery of meaningful analytics and pricing insights
• Partner with senior leadership to drive improved business performance and financial accountability
• Utilise margin pricing and cost analysis techniques to optimise revenue generation
• Gather and analyse data and conduct product performance and pricing reviews
• Prepare special analyses to support pricing initiatives and broader relocation strategies

GROW WITH INTENTION

What You'll Bring

Essential

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
• Extensive experience in pricing, financial analysis, corporate finance or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial and operational drivers within the relocation industry
• Knowledge of relocation revenue drivers and relocation operations across multiple service lines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
• Strong analytical capability with a proven ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and apply critical thinking to achieve business objectives

Preferred

• Experience presenting pricing recommendations and financial analyses to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Experience working within a global, matrixed organisation
• Advanced financial modelling and pricing strategy expertise
