Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity
You will support the Manager, Pricing - Products & Partnerships by providing analysis on partner portfolios, prospective partnerships, and product pricing & Card brand initiatives. In this role, you will help develop and maintain pricing processes, support pricing models with accurate cost data, and provide insights that support business decision-making.
You will leverage your analytical skills, business acumen, and understanding of contracts, regulations, and market dynamics to evaluate opportunities, conduct research, and recommend pricing strategies while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Pricing – Products and Partnerships.
Posting Type: Replacement.
Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $88,000.
Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
- Support the development, analysis, and implementation of pricing strategies for products, services, and partnerships while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Moneris.
- Analyze partnership and integrated solution agreements to evaluate performance, profitability, and alignment with portfolio value objectives.
- Incorporate competitive market insights and profitability analysis to support pricing decisions and assess the impact of onboarding new partners.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and requirements documentation for new products, services, and bundled offerings.
- Maintain pricing models and cost assumptions to ensure that accurate, current information is available to support business decisions.

Required skills and experience
University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in analytical, financial, pricing, or business analysis roles.
- 2+ years of experience using SQL and Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced Excel experience, including working with large datasets, building complex models, and extracting actionable insights.
- Experience conducting data analysis, research, and problem-solving to support business recommendations and decision-making.
Experience that would set you apart
- Experience with Tableau.
- Previous experience in the payments industry.
- Bilingual in French and English.
