What You’ll Do

SourceAmerica is seeking a Prime Accounts Representative to join the Accounts Products team. This role supports the day-to-day operational functions of federal contracting where SourceAmerica is the prime contractor to the federal government. This position focuses on reconciling performing agency work completion records against contract requirements, agency invoices related to performed work, supporting documentation, and operational controls. Works collaboratively across Contract Management, Finance, Procurement, AbilityOne Federal Contractors, and subcontractors to resolve issues, maintain required records, and ensure operational activities are completed accurately and on time to meet contract deliverables.

*The ideal candidates will live within 30 commuting miles or less of the SourceAmerica's National Office, Vienna, VA; Rosemount IL, Arlington, TX or Kennesaw, GA field offices and work 2-3 days per week in the office.

How You Will Spend Your Day ...

  • Reconcile subcontractor invoices against operational records and required supporting documentation, including Certificates of Destruction.
  • Verify required supporting documentation as part of the reconciliation process and identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
  • Research discrepancies, incorrect charges, and documentation issues, and coordinate resolution with the appropriate team or team members.
  • Follow reconciliation items through resolution and maintain accurate supporting records for audits, customer requests, and other operational needs.
  • Review operational documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure operational activities, documentation, and required actions are completed to support contract deliverables and deadlines.
  • Coordinates with management or leadership the resolution to complex issues and/or notifies management of major contract billing or contract performance discrepancies.
  • Identify operational gaps or issues and work with the appropriate owner to resolve them.
  • Support operational activities related to audits, reviews, and contract closeout.
  • Work closely with Contract Management, Finance, Procurement, AbilityOne Federal Contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Research and resolve operational issues that cross multiple teams.
  • Provide status updates on open items, risks, and needed actions.
  • Support special projects and other Prime Services operational needs.
  • Maintain trackers, procedures, job aids, and operational controls.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend practical process improvements.
  • Help strengthen consistency, documentation, and accountability across Prime Services.

Salary Range

The salary for this position falls in a range between $80,000 - $93,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, contract management, procurement, or operations management.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting operational functions, including invoice reconciliation, documentation review, record accuracy, and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) or similar federal contracting protocols.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow operational issues through resolution.
  • Experience working across teams and maintaining effective relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and support process improvements.
  • Experience using an ERP or other operational management system.
  • Ability to understand federal procurement requirements and the AbilityOne Program as they relate to operational activities.

Preferred Qualifications …

  • Experience supporting federal contract or subcontractor operations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, or a similar ERP system.
  • Knowledge of SourceAmerica and the AbilityOne Program.
  • Experience supporting audits, reviews, closeout, or other operational compliance activities.
  • Experience identifying and supporting process improvements in an operational environment.

Our organization offers a hybrid work model. The ideal candidates will live within 30 commuting miles or less of the SourceAmerica's National Office, Vienna, VA; Rosemount Il, Arlington, TX or Kennesaw, GA field offices and work 2-3 days per week in the office.
