Are you able to demonstrate? - Excellent influencing/communication/facilitation skills at all levels - Experience in leading consultant and client delivery teams on key engagements with a strong track record of building, scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services - The ability to drive and execute complex business change and transformation across the majority of a programme lifecycle, spanning areas such as operating model design, digital transformation, change management, agile ways of working, product etc. - Familiarity with technology practices, challenges, trends, and how they influence business outcomes - A track record of effectively managing and collaborating with senior stakeholders - A strong sales track r ecord, generating £500k plus in revenue p.a., and a demonstrable success of developing relevant relationships at C-suite and other senior stakeholder levels - Cross-sector experience leading transformation programmes & delivery teams At S&S, we are always looking for great talent to join our growing business, whether we are actively hiring or not.
