Job Overview and Responsibilities The Digital Risk and Compliance Principal Analyst is part of a Cybersecurity team that is accountable for ensuring delivery of organizational goals and is responsible for defining, implementing, and enhancing the Digital Risk and Compliance strategy & programs. The Principal Analyst provides ongoing direction and support to ensure compliance targets and business strategies are executed and delivered in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements, risk appetite, organizational risk practices, and evolving business practices. The Principal Analyst maintains ongoing relationships with Digital Technology, Cybersecurity, and business teams for information sharing, and to identify, evaluate, and implement appropriate solutions to meet cybersecurity and compliance objectives. Interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, policies, and related guidance to implement or enhance processes or programs, and to identify gaps in support of cybersecurity responsibilities Identify areas of noncompliance to determine their impact on levels of risk and/or overall effectiveness of the enterprise’s cybersecurity program With minimal supervision, evaluate information for reliability, validity, and relevance, and utilize the information for cybersecurity reporting, in support of cybersecurity responsibilities Perform regulatory compliance and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance and cyber risks Provide guidance on regulatory expectations, industry norms, and appropriate controls Conduct various internal and external audits/assessments such as General Data Protection Regulation, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, Payment Card Industry, Sarbanes-Oxley and conduct reviews of external security and compliance assessments Support the development of policies, standards, processes in support of cybersecurity activities, and aligned to company or organizational requirements Develops & leads engaging and valuable learning opportunities to the global workforce, that reduce cyber risk for the business These programs include, immersive learnings (tabletop exercises, lunch & learns), micro-learnings (email, surveys, media-based communications, etc.), and incentivized training and cyber remediation programs (cyber certifications, reward programs, etc.) Ensures program(s) is meeting intended purpose and metrics Qualifications What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): Bachelor's degree required, with preference for Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related At least 5 years of related experience Expert knowledge of regulatory/compliance frameworks (i.e., SOX, NIST 800-53, PCI-DSS) Proficiency with assessing security and privacy controls based on frameworks, cybersecurity principles, and Software Development Lifecycle Compliance and audit experience Proficiency with providing remediation guidance to cross-functional teams Proficient knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles used to manage risks related to the use, processing, storage, and transmission of information or data, and experience identifying and assessing information for compliance with required controls Ability to manage business and external partners. Ability to work independently and self-motivate. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, collaboration, written and verbal communication skills. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications): Master's degree Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM 12 or more years of related experience IAM compliance experience AI experience related to audit and/or compliance Working knowledge of various IT domains, including computer networking concepts and protocols, network security, cryptography, security architecture concepts Posting Expiration (10/16/2026) The base pay range for this role is $140,600.00 to $183,108.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
