We're talking real ownership: winning new business, expanding the client base, mentoring and guiding juniors, being primary contact for major clients, and leading with authority on design decisions and complex planning. This is for someone who wants to influence how things get done - not just participate. The work itself spans everything from residential developments to commercial spaces, infrastructure, energy, renewables, utilities and public realm projects. No two days are the same, and you'll need to bring your A-game across landscape planning, design, commercial and team leading - we're looking for a true all-rounder.
