  • Significant experience developing automotive electronics or other complex embedded hardware systems.
  • Strong technical expertise in analog, digital, mixed-signal, and/or power electronics design.
  • Experience with microcontroller-based systems and automotive communication networks such as CAN, LIN, SPI, I²C, SENT, or Automotive Ethernet.
  • Knowledge of BLDC motor controls and motor-drive electronics.
  • Experience designing hardware for demanding automotive environments, including EMC/EMI, electrical transients, ESD, grounding, and circuit protection.
  • Experience with or working knowledge of automotive functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434) principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions, lead complex engineering efforts, and mentor fellow engineers.

Why Join GHSP?

As a Principal Hardware Engineer, your impact won't be limited to a single program. You'll help solve some of our most challenging technical problems, influence hardware strategy across multiple product lines, and contribute to products that ultimately reach millions of vehicles worldwide.

In addition to competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, you'll join a collaborative engineering organization that values innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
