Principal Engineer – AI Platform Architecture

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing large-scale software platforms and distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on software engineering background, including reusable platform services and components.
• Expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, asynchronous processing and event-driven systems.
• Experience defining engineering standards and guiding architectural decisions across multiple teams.
• Ability to design architecture patterns for agent orchestration, workflow execution, tool integration, memory and context management.
• Strong knowledge of observability, automated testing, deployment practices and operational reliability.
• Ability to balance long-term architectural objectives with practical product delivery needs.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers through design reviews and technical coaching.
• Ability to collaborate across Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, Data, Security and Product Management.
• Interest in AI-assisted engineering, automation and the Agentic Software Development Lifecycle (ASDLC).
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Comfortable in a hands-on technical leadership role without people management responsibilities.
