- Convey Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to account team(s) and Product Management as appropriate.
- Lead proactive, in-depth analyses that connect the dots across multiple datasets to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities—often before the client asks.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact loyalty and performance presentations, tailoring the narrative to brand teams and driving alignment on actions to improve.
- Apply strong commercial instincts to translate data into “what to do next,” not just “what happened.”
- Monitor competitive performance and market dynamics, bringing forward anticipatory points of view and recommending strategic responses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure analytical rigor, consistency of outputs, and continuous improvement in how we serve clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand value with clients by introducing new analyses, innovative approaches, and Mobility Global capabilities that address evolving needs.
