A high‑growth SAAS company hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the direction and build-out of the underlying platform layer. This is a newly created role with massive influence across multiple product teams.

The role…

This is a new team, you’ll own the platform roadmap… APIs, identity & access, reporting, developer tooling, and shared infra. This will involve close partnership with engineering on architecture, evaluate whenever the team should engineer a solution or whenever they should adopt an existing tool, and establish a workflow for evaluating and ordering internal platform demands. Expect deep technical problem‑solving, high autonomy, and responsibility for shaping the platform’s long term scalability.

The person…

• 8+ years in PM, ideally platform/infrastructure/API products
• Technical enough to hold your own in architecture discussions
• Familiar with identity standards and modern API design
• Strong API instincts, bias toward root-cause fixes
• Comfortable juggling competing priorities without a tidy backlog
• Calm and curious in ambiguity
• MCP/agent tooling or multi-product SaaS experience would be nice to have
